Hoolei Wailea Maui condominiums is Wailea's newest completed condominium project.  After a sluggish year in 2009, things are heating up in Wailea.  There have been a number of Hoolei units going into escrow.  It looks like Hoolei has seen the bottom, and as the remaining developer units are bought.

We will most likely be seeing prices climb. Hoolei offers 120 units, with three separate floor plans.  Located right across from the Grand Wailea Hotel and Spa.  It offers membership at the Grand Wailea.  The Grand Wailea also manages reservation if you choose to put your unit in the rental program.

All the units offer 3br, 3.5 bath, offering two story units with elevators.  Prices start at $1,875,000 up to $3 million.  I recently just closed a unit in 31-3 at $2,100,000 for a completely furnished unit.
