I do believe the Maui real estate market is looking up. It seems to be a pattern across most of the country. On MSN.com today, they stated that National Association of Realtors said that the numbers are up in the last quarter of this year. In the Maui real estate market we are seeing more offers and buyers seriously looking at property. Buyers have been waiting for the signal to step back into the market.
