I was reading the local Maui newspaper this morning. They were saying on the front page that we have hit the bottom of the Maui real estate market. I tend to agree with this conclusion. While I do believe it will be a slow climb back to a normal market. We are already seeing the market moving in a positive direction. There are some great buys in the Maui real estate market. Maui short sales are a viable part of our market, this is a driving factor effecting the over all market price. So my guess is, this winter you will see buyers who were sitting on the fence stepping into the market, because its time to buy.
