Haiku Maui real estate market offers a varity of homes to choose from.  Prices can start in the $500K

range and run up to $4 million on an average. It is the country life that draws people to Haiku. House

lots start at 7,000 sq ft, up to large agricultrual lots.  There current is a large inventory of tropical homes

available on the market.  Haiku has a few planned neighborhood like Haiku Hill, Haiku Makai and West

Kuiaha Meadows which is a gated community. If you perfer to be by the ocean Mana Wai offers two to

Haiku Maui Homes for sale, sold or currently pending from the monthe of May. 

What we are seeing is Maui real estate inventory is its starting to move.  With current prices and low-interest rates, not to mention the first time home buyer tax credits from the Federal Goverment.  There is a little more activity in the Maui market.

I currently have a couple really nice homes for sale in Haiku Maui.

On lelehuna St. I have a cute little 3BR home in a quiet neighborhood price at $365,000, great price for Haiku.

On Hale Lio Pl.  I have a house and cottage priced at $850,000.  The main house is a 2-story home with some oceanviews.  This home is in excellent condition with a large workshop and garage, with 1000 sqft.
